Can you order my prescribed medicine from my home country?
We can order the medicine for you if it is registered and available in Macau. If it's not available, we can suggest alternative medications with the same therapeutic effects.
Can I buy medicines from your pharmacy if I live in HK/China?
You can purchase Over-The-Counter medications without a prescription. However, for Maintenance or Ethical Medications, you need a prescription from a registered doctor in Macau.
Can I cross the border with my medicine?
You can carry medications for personal use while crossing the border. It's advisable to have your prescription with you.
How long does it take to order my medicine?
The arrival of your order depends on the supplier's stock availability. It usually takes between 1 week to 2 months.
Can you fill my prescription from my hometown?
We cannot refill or dispense ethical medications without a prescription from a registered doctor in Macau.
Does my prescription have validity?
Prescriptions containing antibiotics are valid for 7 days from the issue date, while government-issued prescriptions are valid for 15 days. We do not dispense medications from expired prescriptions.
Can I buy antibiotics without a prescription?
No, antibiotics cannot be purchased over-the-counter. A prescription from a registered doctor in Macau is necessary.
